Tuesday morning Meditation Group is finishing now for the Christmas break. We will resume again on
12 January 2010.
This group will be full then but I'm looking to begin a Tuesday evening group on that date too

Meditation groups take place at 'Rainbows'
in Beverley, East Yorkshire.
Groups are five-week meditation groups, designed to give you the opportunity to practise
non-religious meditation on a regular basis.
Would you like to;
learn how easy it is to meditate and to relax yourself when you need to;
lower your stress levels;
experience the many benefits of meditation for yourself;
allow yourself the time to relax and do something special, just for you;
enjoy spending time in the company of like-minded people?
WELL NOW YOU CAN!
One of our small, informal groups could be just what youre looking for. For beginners
or people who have meditated before, theyre the perfect antidote to todays stressful living.
You dont need any previous experience to join us. All you need to participate in the
group is honesty and enthusiasm.
The groups run for two hours each week for five consecutive weeks. Theres a half-hour
break mid-time and refreshments are provided.
The guided meditations usually last for about half an hour each and relate to a different
theme each week. Themes include, learning to meditate, abundance meditations, healing
meditations, finding your purpose meditations, creating your sanctuary and more.
These enjoyable sessions include a long, guided meditation each week, as well as a shorter
meditation, refreshments at break-time and hand-outs, as appropriate.
