At the moment, I live and work in a small terraced house in Beverley. The house has
a lovely warm and cosy feel to it, but because of it's size, the workshops and groups
I run have to be limited to six people and they also involve much shuffling-round of
the furniture in my living space. My beautiful Therapy Room is great for doing Reiki
treatments and attunements but then has to serve duty as my bedroom too. And whilst
I love it here, I have always felt that my work (and my clients) would benefit from a
larger, separate space.

My initial idea was to have a grand 'Centre' that would be big enough to house all
the things I wish to do, including my workshops and therapies and a lovely Coffee Shop
too. However, the more I thought about it, the more I came to realise that although this
would be great, the job of running the centre wouldn't give me much time to create and
run workshops and do the Reiki treatments and attunements (or the writing) that I so
love to do.

I've been thinking about this lately, and I've realised that, even if I had a grand centre,
I would still only be able to run workshops for ten people, in order to be able to give
everyone my full attention. And you can only run so many workshops in a week!

So I've come up with a new idea which makes much more sense to me and which will
help me to reach a much wider audience too. Instead of the enormous properties I've been
considering, I've recently been looking at properties that have a separate room in which
I can run my workshops, a therapy room and a coffee area where workshop members
can take their breaks. My intention is to find the finances to purchase such a property and
then have more time to spend on actually running the workshops etc. and more time to
focus on my writing too. This way, there will be books and articles published that will
be available for everyone, wherever they live, to read and benefit from, not just the few
people who are able to attend my workshops.

I recently found a property which would be a very beautiful and suitable space for me to
live and to work in. I've decided that this is what I want and I've placed my Cosmic
Order. I now await delivery so watch this space for details!
