This inspiring and motivational personal coaching will show you how you can live more
positively and focus on helping you to enhance chosen areas of your life and achieve
your goals.

POSITIVELY ME! Personal Coaching is designed to help you balance your life, and maximise
your potential. The course will introduce you to the concept of living more positively as
well as building your self esteem, self confidence, and enhancing your personal development
and self discovery.

If you want to; raise your self esteem and confidence, discover for yourself the art of living
more creatively and positively, realise your true potential, and achieve your goals more
easily then POSITIVELY ME! Personal Coaching is for you.

POSITIVELY ME! Personal Coaching is suitable for anyone who has a desire to become
more positive and confident, or has a particular area of life or goal that they would like
to work on.

Coaching sessions last approximately one hour and are held every two weeks for ten weeks.
The sessions are on a one-to-one basis in a relaxed, friendly environment and are completely
confidential.

Sessions are fun and inspiring, with the emphasis being on your enjoyment and empowerment.
Coaching will include confidence builders, creating and using affirmations, awareness exercises,
growthwork and more. You will be encouraged to create your own personal folder throughout
the course with which to chart your progress and successes.
