POSITIVELY ME! is a series of workshops designed to introduce the concept of living more
positively and to promote self-esteem, confidence, growth and self discovery.

If you want to; enhance your self-esteem and confidence; discover for yourself, the art of
living more creatively and positively; and enjoy the company of like-minded people, then
POSITIVELY ME! could be for you.

Gentle, yet powerful self help techniques and exercises, affirmations and visualisations can
help you begin to live more positively every day.

POSITIVELY ME! is for anyone who has an interest in personal development and a desire to
become more positive and confident.

These workshops are fun and inspiring, with the emphasis being on the enjoyment and
empowerment of the participants. Courses include refreshments at break time and hand-outs
appropriate to the theme of the workshops. Participants will create their own personal folder
throughout the ten-week course with which to chart their progress and successes. These
empowering workshops will show you how you can create a more creative and positive life for
yourself.
