On the Site: In case you didn't know, the Rainbows web site celebrated it's 4th birthday
last week. Well, we must be doing something right, so many of you keep coming back.
A big thank you to you all. This week I've added a new quote to the 'Reading Room'. Go
check it out...

The 'Rainbows Guide To Releasing Your Blocks And Achieving Your Dreams' is nearly done.
I'll let you know when it's ready.

And if there's anything else you would like to see ebook-wise please email me with your
ideas and suggestions.

'The Rainbows Guides To' The Chakras and Emotional Freedom Techniques are the first
of a series of books which cover various subjects and act as handy guides to help you
through the maze of different self-help techniques out there. These guides have their
own page just above the 'Rainbows Ebooks' page.

And should you choose to buy any of my books, I would be glad of your feedback on both
the way the service works and, of course, the books themselves.

Workshops: The next Pathways To Wisdom workshop, 'Crystal Wisdom' runs this
Saturday 13 February. The next 'Festivals And Feast Days' workshop is 'Step Into Spring'
on Saturday 20 March. And don't forget the Louise Hay Weekend Workshop on Saturday/
Sunday 17/18 April. Check the events page for more details of these and more...

The Rainbows Mind, Body, and Spirit Fair: The next fair will be on Sunday 28 February
from 10.00 am to 4.00 pm. There will be lots of lovely stalls (see details on the
'Events' page) and there will be talks and demonstrations again too.

Toolbar: The toolbar now brings you even more essential spiritual, motivational and
inspirational tools to lift your spirits and keep you motivated. There's a video section so
that you can keep up to date with the latest videos from Abraham-Hicks, Hay House, The
Secret and more. And there are also links to the latest articles on motivation, spirituality,
self-help, stress management and more. The radio brings you beautiful music and there's a
special inspirational gift 'For You' each day. There's also a comprehensive list of links to
UK Mind, Body, Spirit and Pagan event sites so that you can find out what's on and when.

‘Inspirations’ Oracle Cards: I'm still looking for quotes for printing or publishing these.
There will be a 44-card deck and booklet in a box. If you know of anyone, either printer
or publisher, please let me know.

POSITIVELY ME! Books: The ‘POSITIVELY ME!’ book and workbook will now be available for
sale in ebook form when they’re finished, which hopefuly won't be too long now, so look out
for them on the 'Rainbow Ebooks' page. And if you’ve attended any of the Positively Me!
workshops in the past, and benefited in some way from them, I’d be really pleased to hear
your story.

Leaflets: If you require leaflets on any of the things offered here, please email me with
your address and I’ll post them out to you or use the 'Subscribe' form to receive regular
updates from Rainbows. All workshops, treatments and events are held at Rainbows in
